Important: You are required to report changes in household income, size, or contact information within 30 days. Failure to report may result in retroactive rent adjustments or termination of assistance.
Income Changes
Changes in employment, Social Security, or any income source must be reported within 30 days.
Household Changes
Adding a new household member requires management approval before move-in.
Unit Transfer Requests
Submit a Unit Transfer Request form if your household size has changed or you need an accessible unit.
Smoke-Free Campus
South Mall will be a 100% smoke-free campus effective January 2027. Smoking will not be permitted anywhere on the property.
Pet Policy
Pets permitted with a refundable deposit of up to $300. Assistance animals require no deposit.
Annual Inspections
Units are inspected at move-in, move-out, and at least annually.
Annual Recertification
Income, composition, and assets are reviewed at least annually.
VAWA Protections
Survivors of domestic violence have special rights under the Violence Against Women Act.
